called cellphone a couple of times in a row. left no message

keeps calling and it is quite and no one speaks. looks suspicious

Not bell canada as I don't have a bello line. Called twice no message left.

I got a call from them just now to my cell which is with Bell Mobility. This is the 2nd time it's happened. I called it back on my land line a couple times and it was busy.  I searched the web and found this site . So maybe it is Bell and it's just an outgoing line or one that doesn't take incoming. Same thing no messages left either time.
