Caller with a Pakistani accent took almost 10 seconds to answer. I decided to listen to gather more information since there is little information on this Board.
Something about Delux International and they wanted to speak with the homeowner. He spoke very slowly, likely reading from a script. Started to ask a few personal questions, but lost patience with the incredibly slow possibly dumb talking scammer and decided to hangup.

Am in Toronto. They called at around 3:30 in the afternoon. Just number shown on call display. As it is a local area code, I picked up. Took the guy around 5 seconds to come on the line - so I knew it was a robocall. In East Indian accent he asked how I was - I made no sound - just gave him dead air - so he hung up.
