Who called from 4166282983

So this number calls 3 or 4 times per day. No messages. I tried to see whom it belongs to and when you call it rings and goes silent

Its either an autodailer seeking to verify numbers to sell, or its some "Microsoft" or what have you scam waiting for you to pickup so they can try to scam you. Either way 100% sure this is a total scam number

no message.  think it may be TCHC or police

The caller is soliciting re: hearing aid test/products.  Told her this time to include name in her call display.
