left an abusive message on my voice mail

If you see this number its a scam. They claim they are calling from buffalo but why are they calling from a local number??? They say its the National Gifting Centre in Woodbridge ontario. Claiming that you filled out some ballot at a  supermarket or shopping mall to win a prize in a prize. Do not answer..ITS A SCAM!!! If you do DO NOT COMFIRM ANY INFO THEY HAVE ON YOU. This is terrible.  these foreign [***] cant even pronounce the name of my city.  TORONTO.  I'm going to hunt these pricks down like dogs.

Called me a [***] when I said I wasn't interested.
Tried to call back but when I dial, it doesn't ring and returns to dial tone.
