This number called me and nobody answered.

This number has called a number of times and no ones says anything and hangs up after a minute.

I also got a call from them.

I've been getting repeated calls from this phone number lately.  I was away since Friday afternoon, (it is now Sunday night) and have had 8 missed calls from this phone number.  I am located in Toronto.

Like menitoned above, no one says anything upon answer and they just hang up.

According to google, this phone number originates from the Visa & Immigration office for Russia.  (Which makes no sense, I'm anything BUT Russian, and was born in Canada.)

Same here. Someone should really report this number to the police or something. Something fishy is definitely going for sure.
