Who called from 4167040328

This number called is 3 times in a row. The first time we answered with no one at the other end. The second time they called was right after we first hung up. We answered again with no one talking again. They called again right after we hung up. That's when it got weird. Our phone line wouldn't stop ringing. Usually the answering machine would pick up and they would leave a message. We let it ring for over 2 minutes. We answered and hung up again. They haven't called back..... Yet

Person called and lied about our income tax. making claims that were unrelated to us. When we starting questioning the person hung up.

My mom picked up the phone and they said they want to speak to my dad. But when my dad came they hang up?

Received a call Oct 2/15. This is a legitimate charity, apparently from the amalgamation of the Historica foundation and The Dominion Institute. They are soliciting donations to sponsor Veterans to speak  to school kids about Canada's history in the war.( first and second). They are also providing information  about  things like  the Terry Fox Marathon of Hope and other Canadian events. There is lots of info on Google about this organization. I had donated several years ago to them , but not recently. They are quite persistent in soliciting donations once they get you on the phone.
