Another robo-dialled call with a fake number. The area code is Toronto, but this is not a Toronto area number - it is spoofed. Thanks posters - this is obviously the same 'we'll lower your interest rate, if you give us your credit card number and all identifying information so we can commit fraud' scam. Some of these are from off-shore call centres, but some are actually professional crooks located in the U.S. who are using Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) or computer-telecommunications routed through various servers. No matter which way you slice it, it IS organized crime. Do NOT give away your information!
