these people are lawyers who are lenders and arrange fake mortgages in to which they are just collecting interest and pocketing it for themselves.
nothing will be applied to your principal borrowing amount. then they will send fake papers of power and sale and charge you for all legal costs
and claim that you missed payments when you havent, DO NOT FALL FOR IT I LOST MY HOME AND MONEY AND AM STILL GOING THROUGH COURT PROCEEDINGS TO PROVE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THE LAW SOCIETY SHOULD REVOKE THEIR LISCENCE IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE WHO HAVE FALLEN FOR THIS YOU CAN ALSO SUE FOR DAMAGES FRAUD AND LOSSES.
