solicitor, some guy calling my job asking for sales or marketing, after i transferred him to the person responsiblem, low and behold he called right back 3 minutes later and asked for the same person.  and will probably call right back because all he will ever get is voicemail. OUR PEOPLE ARE WORKING THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES FOR UNKNOWN NUMBERS, PERIOD!
