These people have been calling me since last September when I got my current phone number.  I have told them to go the reverse directory and they will see I am not the person they are calling.  They pretty much call me a liar and don't bother checking it out.  Do I report them to the phone company or Consumers Affairs.  They are obviously a bill collector.
