They never say whom they represent, or whom they are calling on behalf of their phone messages, but simply inform you that you are to call them.
I called back through a phone service, so my number was not recorded, and asked whom they were. She said she was Ms. McKay's office, yet it was the same voice as the phone call. She called her business TCR = TOTAL CREDIT RECOVERY?
