Called to leave a message for a roomate - he said he had "important information" to give but would not even tell me his name or company he was calling from! I let him know that I don't blindly answer questions to complete strangers over the phone - I'd appreciate a first name and company name. What kind of company expects you to answer personal information about someone without id'ing themselves first?
