Who called from 4167851647

Kept getting a call from this number and when i pick up it just beep like a fax machine

I receive that call too. It sounds like a fax.  What a nuisance.

I did reverse look up and found a telephone number, which I called and asked to be removed from their list

This thing is a pain. Sometimes calls at 3AM!

they have been calling me for 2 years!!! They call at all hours of the day and night, and often in series of two or three calls, then nothing for weeks, then again they start.
