Got a call from some jerk named "Jason" claiming to be from Bell asking if we want to switch our service. We have a 416# on our VOIP phone, but we live in Seattle, WA (we're working in the US right now, but we like the 416# so our parents in Ontario can call us). This S.O.B. called my BF a liar and said we were jerking him around and he kept harassing us with dumb questions to try to trip us up, like what was the weather like at the Capitol Building (he thought we were in D.C., again proving how dumb he is), to which we replied with "Seattle is in Washington state - under Vancouver BC on the west coast". I took the phone from the BF and explained in small, short words (because he was obviously stupid) that we had a VOIP phone and didn't want Bell home phone service. He claimed he finally understood, blamed the BF for not explaining that correctly, and refused to apologize to the BF for calling him a liar. I demanded to speak to his supervisor, but he refused several times and then hung up. Dumbass.
