Reverse lookup showed nothing. Probably spoofing the caller ID.
I wish CRTC would force Canadian phone providers to develop effective caller blocking technology.

Just got a similar call. Did some digging, and found out the number is owned by a company called Iristel. They're a provider of VOIP, by the looks of it.
So, some illegal scammer/spammer is renting it out, or as mentioned above, the caller ID is being spoofed.
