This is a scam. The person first stated "I have Paid all my Utilities on time for the past X amount of years and  he/she is calling on behalf of "Platinum Holidays". He explains that he/she will send you 3 or 4 vouchers which are good for 5 years. I can use them 1 by 1 to go anywhere, any time and by my self or with other people. I would call the number and he/she would set it up. He then asks if you have a Master Card or Visa. I told him I destroyed them last week. He then asked if there was a Wal-Mart near me. I told him there was. He then stated I should go here and get a MasterCard or Visa Voucher for $149 or $249. He stated I didn't need to give him money but he need the # in order for me to get a membership # for my vouchers. This was not making any sense. He stated he would call back on the date I told him. When he called I stated he was a scammer. Caught him off guard, then started to try and tell me I was wrong (wining). At that point I told him the police, BBB & TV stations where aware of him.
