This is related to 416-823-4368.  The phone number belongs to Power Mart Rewards and Trust Inc. out of Toronto Ontario Canada.  A letter claims you are a winner of the DO-LOTTO NORTH AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY.  An official looking check for $4,980.00 comes with the letter with instructions to not deposit the check until you call 416-822-7596.  Beware.  This is a scam.
