For example : Internet Access Solutions Ltd. (CLEC) can only help you to restart your modem, or tweak your Mikrotik or any other device you may have from them, or perhaps add a couple DNS entries and of that sort. If your telephone line is down and you have "DSL" --> they won't be the ones fixing it. It will be BELL who needs to fix it and they will report back to Internet Access Solutions Ltd. letting them know that the service has been restored.
This number called, picked up the phone and said that they are Simply Green Home Services. Told her I did not need any services and hung up before she can say anything. Number is now blocked!!!!
