Among the last 2 texts from so called Best Buy saying I won... I also received a text from [email protected] telling me to call 14168484321 (for California Achieve Card) on October 15, 2013.  Their location according to 800notes.com was ontario canada.  I replied to them that they were being reported to the appropriate authorities.  No more texts from them.  (I last wrote of the FBI site regarding phone fraud/scam reporting for investigation.)
