Is there nothing that can be done to put these guys out of business?

I wish there was a way.  Even after signing up for that "Do not Call list" they are still calling.

Yes maybe there is..maybe we should call these people out to do window estimates and then when they show up, tell them no.  IE, waste their time.

Or send them to addresses that do not exist.

Just received a call from 416-848-6919 today.  The annoying caller, a Pakistani or Indian marketing sales rep, is offering a Window Cleaning Service.  There background noise is always busy and loud, as in a large room full of annoying marketing sales reps.  

Using a free internet call (shows a U.S. telephone number on their Call Display), we call back and ask for them to come to our business building at
40 College St West in Toronto.  Those windows could use some cleaning.

The Toronto Police should be interested in questioning their calling tactics when they are listed on a No-Call List.

Now it's window cleaning? Did they run out of duct's to clean? CBC Marketplace did a great job on exposing that scam. Tracked them down right to their office in Asia.
