Stacey Richards called me and referred to Andra Martin, the contact that gave me overnight information to send the providence tax money so I could finally get my $50,000 in winnings fedex.  Her news was I had to pay an additioanl $825 in State Taxes before the $50,000 could be released.  It was then unfortunately I knew it was fraud!
