I got a couple of calls from this number while I was out. I do have an appointment for tomorrow with one of their technicians. They are probably just calling to confirm or remind us that they will be there tomorrow. I work for a call centre myself, and i have no idea what number shows up to a customer when I call, only that it's an ontario number that i'm calling from. The +1-416-860-0141 number is probably only an outbound line, so you can't call it back. Nothing to worry about!
I think its bell. My landline was down so fits with above posts. Good that the line was fixed not so good that the confirmation call was 4 hrs early and the repair guy was an hour early too. They cant leave a message????? A comms company tgat can t communicate....
