I received a check in the mail for $3879.00. The letter from the company G.D.L GLOBAL SERVICES of 370 Lexington Ave.NY,NY 10017 for Publishers Clearing House and Promotion Co.(unclaimed prize division) said I was the winner of $110,000 and that I should contact my file agent immediately at this number
Same setup as described before...letter from G.D.L Global Services, Inc. Called my "File Agent" Sandra Martin and was told to deposit the check and call her back...and OH!.. "don't take the letter to the bank, leave it at home". I GOOGLED G.D.L Global Services and found lots of info on their scam. Called them back using the second number at the top of the letter and told that person where to go and how to get there. I don't think the G.D.L Global Services corporate offices would approve of his choice of words back to me (lots of sarcasm here). I had some fun "bantering" back an forth with their "representative"; it was pretty funny how worked up he got.....it made my day.
I also recieved a check for $3989.00 same company. File agent "Sandra Martins" Unclaimed Prize Division (Publishers Clearing House Promotions Co) , stating that I had won $110,000.00. Lookd real enough. But to good to be true so I started investigating. Look where I landed.
