Who called from 4168838951

I missed two calls from this number. When i tried to call back it says the number is not in service. Very annoying.

I just got a call from this number too. It's ridiculous. It disconnected for me as well.

416 883 8951 - I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone and if I answer it, there is no one on the other end.  If I call this number back, it says that it's not in service.

Is this some new way of generating revenue for the cell phone companies?  I pay for each call that comes in whether I answer it or not.

Anyone else paying for these unwanted calals?
