Caller called wanting to change us from Cogeco to Rogers. She spoke in Spanish to us and told us that it would cost us $11.95/month for unlimited long distance calls in Canada and $.014 to call to Mexico. She told us that Someone would come to our house on Dec 10th to do so and that Rogers will switch us from Cogeco to their company. Nobody came to our house whatsoever. She wanted to take down my SIN Number (did not give that number to her) but she took my Passport number and my Driver's Lisence Number.
