Every time we ask for police report numbers (which are a matter of public record) we get. . . more vendetta posts. We're not dealing with The Keystone Kops or Dudley Do-Right. One would think a true "harassing scam fraud" debt collector would have attracted more than one complaint a year hence. Instead your complaint from 2014 was vague and false, like the spam you've been dumping this weekend on unrelated active threads in which you point back to this number and cry "scammer". In your infantile manner you also insist that "calling back works" and one will find "real people" responding.
Your actual agenda appears to be incitement of a mob to prank-dial a phone number with zero genuine complaints attached, as you have done many times with other Canadian phone numbers within the past 25 months. You are the one making trouble and consistently violating the site rules. Check your mirror sometime for the face of a real "scam guy".
That is the Canadian spammer who regularly posts in the 416 threads, usually about fake software, the seller is under investigation, is a pedophile, etc. It keeps getting deleted for those posts and has now tried to switch tactics to avoid being noticed. My thought is that it is really, really lonely and needs the attention.
I agree it's the same freak, still trying to squirrel away its paranoid spam in obviously inappropriate places. Come springtime, its idea of an Easter egg hunt is to post little arrow signs in front of all the hiding spots.
