Have a sneaking suspicion that it's Collect Com Credit, a collection agency. I could be wrong, but they call my cell regularly with different numbers, same old recorded message. This number came up recently. Other numbers are....

They call numerous times a day. When I do answer there is no one on the other end. Though when I do NOT answer the phone whomever waits for the answering machine to pick up.
Figure it is an automatic dialing system???
