This call is for (insert surname)
Please hold your call is very important to us. (3X)
Then another person picks up and says "Hello"
as if you were the one who called them.
Annoying, and some sort of sophisticated crank call?
This number called my house and said "Your call is very important to us, please continue to hold." Then there are some commercials and then "Please continue to hold, an agent will be with you shortly" was repeated several times. No one ever did answer the phone.
1 416 916 9147 called my home and they say "Please hold your call is important to us". A minute later someone answered said 'Hello' and then immediately hang up.
No explanation.. very annoying... I've added my number is in the Do Not Call List also.
THis is Enbridge.. After receiving this call repeateldly I finally answered it and was put on hold until someone answered... Very annoying. They want to speak to the person in charge of billing for the house.
