These people have to go be the biggest con artists in the job business. All they do is spam the craigslist with a bunch of crappy ads and jobs with no clear pay but a huge pay range. Like $18-$36. There is never any description or duties and the ads seem like a false way to suck people into their agency. You don't offer a pay range with a 100% fluctuation. It is hard to believe they are willing to accept someone for half the price, that suggest the person is half as good and will take twice as long.
As always if you're employer you can count on the worst unskilled labor force from agencies. I dealt with an agency once and they were happy to fabricate my resume and write off on everything I did and didn't do.
Anyone with skill and brains will never work for agencies. I strongly advise people stay away from jobs which description is 2 lines and a pay range fluctuation of 100%
