This caller turned out to be a duct cleaning contractor. Ignorant and rude. Calls at 7am trying to sell his stuff. I'm on the DNC list and this loser keeps calling.

We keep getting calls from this number, day after day. The guys name is Darrel from Horzel Duct Cleaning. We keep telling him to stop calling but they persist. What a complete moron.
They were calling my business multiple times a day and never left a message. I didn't answer and can't figure out how to block a number. I finally answered one time to try to get rid of them, and after asking to speak to the owner, the man told me that I'd won a scratch-off ticket and was guaranteed one of the three big prizes that she listed. "All you have to do is answer 3 simple questions, like... do you work full-time or part-time?" I told her I'm not interested and hung up. Four business days have passed since then, and they've only called one more time.
I just received a call from Darrel Horelinburg at 416-951-9168. He called representing an aircraft maintenance program. I do not know how this person got my number but I am not even involved with this. He then went ahead and started insulting me over the phone because I told him I was on the do not call list.
