I just got the same strange call the caller id said: v022808401117 and then flashed the number 416-960-8053. When I answered it was silent and then said "good bye"? Then, when I try to call the number it says it is out of service. Odd and irritating!
Same as above. 2 calls from this number today. Pick up phone, no response till I heard "Good Bye" and a hang up. Call the number back and it says the number is out of service....
