Got a call from "Unknown"

Called from unknown number, called it back and got a tele-marketing group.

I get constant calls from numbers starting with these same first 7 digits "1-416-964" i.e. 416-964-3241; 416-964-2679; 416-964-0103. I let my answering machine pick up but there's never a message. The calls are usually early evening, sometimes several a night. I'm a subscriber to Bell's Call Screen Service but am unable to block them. Automated voice always says "we are sorry ... try again."

I got a call from 416-964-3241 around 8 PM EST on Sept 1st, 2009 and let my answering machine pick up. The caller ID said Unknown name. They did not leave a message. I called back and got the message that the number I had dialed was not in service.

i have recieved 2 of these calls and have no idea what it is, strange to get a call from canada..
