Yet ANOTHER number with the fake message "from" MasterCard/Visa, saying with my excellent payment history I qualify for low interest.  Scammers just want your CC numbers to do rip-offs.  Recorded voice is a bit distorted, must have been copied by later scammers from the original scammers, whose recording was clear and clean.
