Who called from 4170000000

NCO Financial phone number.

I keep getting calls from 417-000-0000. Why? When I call the number back, I get a message saying this number is not in service.

Getting pretty annoying.  When I answer there us nobody there.

3 times today already sales crap. Called the last 2 days if you see this number block don't answer.

today is 1/7/16 .I answered the call after getting these calls for the last 4 days, the male asked for me by name,yes who is calling eric taylor, my husband spoke from where,he hung up. ill post more if he call back? it scares me that he asked by name,how would he know that, he called my cellphone?
