This area code 417 does not belong in Arkansas, but Missouri.  Got two calls in a week and no message left.  We do not answer calls if we don't recognize number.

It is a survey company calling to have you participate in a survey

They keep calling incessantly and they don't leave a message

called twice in an haour did not answer the first time did the 2nd time and there was no one there.
