I highly recommend going to their site or calling them directly. I have made a formal complaint to the BBB and will be filing a civil suit very soon. I suggest you all consider doing the same.

Robocall to our business - "ATTENTION business owner - to claim your google listing" scam. For fun I pressed "1" to "claim my business listing" and the call immediately connected to a call center rep who asked the business owner's name, listing a person who used to own this business, yet retired 5 years ago. I hung up. Guess they're calling off an old list.. nice try scammers!
Received a call this morning with a message something about having to claim my google places listing. It sounded like it could well be Google, so I pressed the button to transfer on through.
The line cut briefly to an on-hold recording that was talking about reaching customers, and sounded like it could plausibly be something from Google.
I asked the person who then answered, "So are you Google?" Answer was, "No sir, Google doesn't do such-and-such, so you've been transferred to Enterprise Marketing." At that point, I asked, "So what's this supposedly all about?" I guess the caller didn't think they had a good prospect, because she immediately hung up.
Funny, there doesn't seem to be any information available about an "Enterprise Marketing" company based in Branson, MO.
