These people call every day saying they are various institutions and want to know if you can hear them. Some times its even a women's voice. I think they want a "yes" answer as they tell you they are on a recorded line. "yes". It is some time of scam. We are on the no call list but they keep calling at least twice a day. They never leave a voice mail. I just called them back and got "customer service" recording who gave me the option of being put on their internal do not call list, which I did. We'll see if that stops it.
