Who called from 4172320366

I have received so many calls from National Disability.  I have told them not to call.  I also believe they are using faked caller id.

I answered the call and the male caller said,  "this is Joe, and I see that you recently inquired..." the call was then terminated.  There are so many calls like this coming to my phone everyday and none come from the same number.  Joe, give it a rest!

they called=I missed call-guy said u are on a recorded line

Called 2 times! Second time I answered and all the guy said, "this is Joe and you are on a recorded line!" Then the line went dead!
