called and harassed me regarding a subscription i never ordered and insisting that i made a 5 year contract with them verbally.  I asked to be given the transcript of verbal transaction and they keep pushing the amount i wil be charged and that it is a contract.  when i asked to be transferred to billing department to ask questions and cancel whatever they are saying they said i will be charged for a $300 termination fee then hang up on me. called back and hanged up again.
