Smaller government doesn't just mean fewer welfare payments; it also means fewer investigators and prosecutors.
I got a call from this number. The automated message identified the caller as Cardholder Services and said to press 1 if I want to reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed 1 and when I asked what bank was calling, the person said "We represent over 500 banks" and went into a sales pitch. When I interrrupted to ask to have my number removed from their list, the person said, "If you would listen you would know what this call is about! MAN!" and hung up.
