I do not know anyone in Springfield, MO, and it is a non-fixed VOIP, in the "middle of a field telephone" number. I looked it up on the white pages, which will show you where they are located. The name came up as Vail Lab, so I would assume it's some stupid scammers telling me I ordered some pain medication for my knee, back, shoulder, etc., which I don't have any problems with, nor have I requested any of their crap. Needless to say, don't call it back. If it was that important, they would have left a number. Just another useless piece of scum on the face of the earth that is trying to get your information. At least that's my guess from all the other scum of the earth that call.
