I just received 2 calls from the exact same phone# to my place of work. They had left a message about how there is still time to re-new an extended warranty. It appeared to be an automated message, giving two options; press 1 for a customer service associate and press 2 to be removed from the calling list. Obviously, those options would only be available if you were to actually answer the phone call. When I called the number back, it states the number is not in service.
I have received 2 calls today as well from this number! The first time I didn't answer it, then the second time my son answered it and all he heard was this is your last change to re-new before he hung up. I thought it was weird that when I called the number back it says this number is not in service.......how the heck is it calling me then and ending up on my caller id?????????
I am also getting calls from this number. Caller ID says it's from Missouri.
I get the same type of "re-new an extended warranty" messages for my auto; my only car is 20 years old and I have never had a warranty on any car. I've put my number on the "do not call" list. So how do I get these people to stop calling?
