Received call from 417-449-0212 stated his name was Richard Metz with Mullin & Associates. He called my place of employment and spoke with my boss. He wanted the address of my employment, and informed my boss that it was in regards to garnishing my wages.
I am getting calls from 417 449 4184. A man named Mitch Green that says he is a Legal Processor for Gallagher & Dupree. And they are investigating me for a Pay Day Loan that I took with the Missouri Loan Center. Before I lost my job... They told my sister that I Was going to be arrested for Bad Checks and they were sending the sheriffs office to my parents house.. They are full of [***] ! They are just a collection agency using Illegal collection practices... If you are contacted by this company. Call the Consumers Protection bureau... This company is totally bogus and needs to be shut down ! Call the Missouri Loan Center and let them know you are seeing them for Mis-representation !
