Just got yet another call from these harassing telemarketers. I still do not want to buy a Timeshare.
These telemarketers, (Nationwide Tran, Nationwide Transfers, LLC, Nationwide Transfers) use several different numbers to sell Timeshares. The following information comes from the State of Missouri:

Does anyone have any insight as to why a telemarketer continues to call/harass someone, even though the recipient of the call does not want the product and tells the caller that there is no interest?
I am so fed up with these Nationwide Transfer calls. I am tired of filling out FCC/FTC complaints about telemarketing calls in general and Nation Wide Trans calls specifically.
Caller is selling Timeshares. Has also harassed me via number 417-551-4876.

Use the address in the post above yours. Send them a Cease and Desist letter via US Mail, Certified, Return Receipt. Keep a notarized copy for your records. If they call after they have received your letter as evidenced by the date on the signed receipt, you can then sue them in small claims court.
Thank you for the advice. Shame I have to send them a letter, but since FTC/FCC Do Not Call Violation filings have had no effect, I will follow your wisdom!
