Its a recorded message saying please stay on the line all our operators are busy .. etc.  I just keep hanging up because I don't have time & I just think it's just rude to call somebody and ask THEM to hold.  What a pain!  I'm thinking it's this # is a solicitor (they are rude & pushy).
