Caller ID comes up as Unknown Caller.  Rings three times and it goes to my generic answering recorder but leaves no message.  Thanks for small wonders with the invention of Caller ID to filter out this Garbage as Being on the No Call List is of little assistance from these persistent privacy invaders.
