Somebody from Card Holder Services looking to reduce the interest rate on my credit card.  Wasn't the infamous Rachel this time but the wording of the message was the same.  The robo lady said press one to speak to someone.  Being a person to always follow instruction I pressed zero.  Think I hit something their predictive dialer was programed to recognize as I heard a computerized "goodbye" and the line disconnected.  Wasn't expecting that one.  I figured that no matter what I pushed I would be talking to a live(?) person.
