This woman, Sydney Andrews, has been calling both me and my employer (leaving voicemails about me on my boss' voicemail) for days! She said she has papers to serve on a legal matter...has threatened to show up at my work place. She gave me the phone number to 855-245-6122 to call about this matter. I called this number and talked with one of the most rude people I have ever encountered, "Kayla Pennington". She fed me a line..stating she talked to my husband last week, when I told her I don't have a husband her story changed, she then said she spoke with me last week. I told her I want all calls stopped to both me and my employer and that I want documentation of what they are calling about. When I told her they are in violation of several laws by calling my employer and divulging personal information she hung up on me. I immediately called the 855-245-6122 number back and asked for "Kayla Pennington" and was told they have no one working there by that number..imagine that.

SHE STILL DOES NOT KNOW IT, BUT HER DAYS ARE NUMBERED NOW ,
LAST I HEARD THEY NOW HAVE SURVEILLANCE ON THESE PEOPLES HOUSES , as there is more then one person involved, and a private hired hand on their tail ,
i heard they put secret gps tracking systems on there cars that lead them to other people that are also connected,
They almost got me! These r some of the phone numbers I have for them 866-435-2973 , 855-293-6505,855-245-6122. Go 2 ur local police dep. With any numbers u may have for these people. F u have givn them ur card info, cancel ur card. This s a scam!!! Good luck!!
I keep getting calls and so does my mother in law, and my ex husbands, ex wifes parents . (people whom I have never even met!!!!) I have been given the names Claire Gibson, I called the number given to my mother in law and they said It was a bill from 5 years ago, but if I pay by credit card over the phone then It will stop further procedings,,, im not stupid....NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO A COMPANY THAT SAYS THEY CAN STOP PROCEEDINGS....If its a legitimate debt they will be happy to provide you with the documentation that you owe this bill. Several payday loan companies computers were hacked a few years ago and people are starting to get calls that they owe this money. Check first with the original company....ITS A SCAM!!!!
I have received two phone calls in the last three days (Nov 17-19, 2013) from a man from 417 717 1984 asking to speak to a relative about a debt she owes. I have learned that the number is a landline number located in Webb City, MO.
