NATIONWIDE no message - as usual => blocked. Everyone I've talked to lately tells me that they don't answer their phone anymore unless they recognize the number. They either have an explicit "accept list" programmed into their equipment, or they have so few callers that they can use a mental list. All of this is only if they still have a normal phone. I've also noticed that almost everyone is ditching their landline because except for a couple desired calls, all the rest are nuisance calls. There is absolutely no good reason to keep paying a monthly bill to be annoyed.
This is a suspicious telemarketer calling themselves "National Transfer", whose pitch is a "seminar" at which you can learn how to "get out of your timeshare ". Sounds like a first rate scam.
Asking about my TIME SHARE which does not exist. Calls like this one have been numerous despite the fact that whoever called was informed not to call again yet they persist in this annoying practice.
We have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST FOR SEVERAL YEARS and yet unsolicited calls continue.
What is the expeditious way to put an end to this obscene practice ?
