getting like 11 calls a day from this number no messages and when i answer they hang up: really i blocked it from calling

This number cal sme, leave no message and if I pick up there is only silence on the line.  I have blocked this caller.

This number calls me, leaves no message on VM and, if I pick up, there is only silence on the line.  I have blocked this caller.

I get calls regularly and they never leave a msg. If I don't know who is calling and from an area code outside my state I don't answer. i have them under blocked calls now! Frustrating!
